What we do not do

Blockchain data

If you link a wallet, we read public blockchain data about that address — balances of the tokens the game uses — to derive your garden and check prize eligibility. That data is already public and we do not add to it. We cannot delete anything from a blockchain, and unlinking stops us reading it but does not erase the chain.

Every address has a public garden page derived from public data. If you link an address, its garden page reflects the name you chose.

Who sees it

Other players see your display name, your garden, and your standing. Nobody outside the game receives your data. We use a hosting provider to run the servers, and an in-house language model (Oracle7) that runs on our own infrastructure to generate keeper dialogue and market commentary — your data is not sent to any external model provider.

Your choices

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Pons Garden is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We will announce material changes in-game and update the date at the top.
